The Scrutiny Register
DD&SA claims to withstand serious critique. A claim like that is worthless unless it can be checked. This page is the check: a permanent, public log of every substantive external challenge to the architecture, the reply it received, and any revision it forced.
The register
No external critiques have been published or received yet. The register opened on 11 July 2026. This is stated plainly because an empty register is evidence of nothing except that the work is young — and because the first entry is waiting for its author.
When entries exist, each will record: the critique (in full or by link), who made it, the date, the reply on substance, and — where the critique lands — the document revision it produced, by reference code and version.
The commitments
Serious critique gets a serious reply. Any substantive challenge to a specified mechanism — sent through the contact form or published anywhere citable — receives a written reply on the substance from the architect.
Both sides are published. The critique and the reply appear here together. Critique is never summarised into something easier to answer; it is quoted or linked in the form its author gave it.
Revisions are credited. If a critique forces a structural change, the change is made in the corpus, the document version is incremented, and the critic is credited in this register — by name or anonymously, as they prefer.
Nothing is quietly withdrawn. Entries are permanent. A critique that stings stays on the record alongside the ones that were answered.
What counts as substantive
A substantive critique engages with a specified mechanism: the selection mathematics, an incentive gradient, a capture vector, a failure cascade, a constitutional contradiction, a costing, a transition step. “It will never happen” is a prediction, not a critique; the register is for arguments that identify where the design fails and why. Include a document reference code (every corpus instrument carries one on its cover) and the reply will address that document directly.
What has already been tried — internally
During development the architecture was tested against a deliberately constructed set of hostile institutional objections — an internal adversarial design exercise, not external review, and recorded as method rather than credential. The full exercises are published in the corpus:

The strongest internal objections forced real revisions — including the native removability mechanisms consolidated in the Civic Recall & Reversibility Act. What the design has not yet survived is independent scrutiny. That is the gap this page exists to close, in public.
